Tea

I love tea, actually, I'm drinking tea right now writing this blog post.

Tea is a cold, warm or hot beverage, as you prefer, but it's more common to drink it hot or warm.

It's made with traditional black tea leaves, but it can be made with other types of tea, such as green, white, red and others. It can also be made with herbs such as chamomile, boldo, mint, etc. Another format is the mixed one, for this we need some tea base and mixed with other ingredients such as vanilla, cardamom, cloves, etc.

My favorite tea is the traditional black tea, the simplest, it could be Club in bag. But I like other more special teas such as gray tea and my favorite: Södermalm mix. This tea contains Indian black tea, orange peels, marigold, rose and mallow petals, vanilla sticks and papaya pieces… I love it, and with dark chocolate (or bitter chocolate, whatever you prefer to call it) makes any moment perfect.

I prefer tea to other beverages, because I don't like sweet drinks and bitter tea brings out the flavors of food, and gives me peace.

It's positive that it has no calories and that without sugar it cleans the teeth and prevents cavities. But I think it cancels the absorption of iron...well, nothing is perfect at all.
